About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) to drive client acquisition across international markets. You will lead Google Ads strategy, campaign execution and optimisation, connecting advertising investment to funded accounts, acquisition efficiency and long-term client value.

The successful candidate must have experience in regulated financial services, Google financial-services advertiser verification and mobile measurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen and app acquisition campaigns.

  • Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences and structured testing to improve cost per funded account and return on advertising spend.

  • Collaborate with BI, CRM and development teams to strengthen conversion tracking and attribution, including offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions and value-based bidding.

  • Analyse brand and non-brand performance separately, manage brand coverage within Performance Max and assess incremental client acquisition.

  • Work with creative and local market teams to develop compelling advertising copy, campaign assets and landing-page tests.

  • Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign analysis, reporting and execution.

  • Manage mobile campaign measurement and attribution through platforms such as AppsFlyer.

  • Partner with Compliance to ensure campaigns meet Google financial-services advertising requirements and applicable local regulations, including advertiser verification and required approvals.

  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and communicate results, opportunities and priorities to stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets, with a demonstrable record of improving acquisition efficiency.

  • Experience in FX/CFD brokerage or other regulated financial services.

  • Practical experience with Google financial-services advertiser verification and advertising approval processes.

  • Strong expertise in paid search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, audience targeting and structured campaign testing.

  • Working knowledge of YouTube, Demand Gen and app acquisition campaigns.

  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution and performance reporting.

  • Experience implementing or managing offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions and value-based bidding.

  • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement, with the ability to connect advertising performance to funded accounts and long-term client value.

  • Confidence using AI tools and automation to generate insights and improve campaign performance.

  • Excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, technical and compliance teams.
