About the Role
A long-established, internationally regulated FX / CFD brokerage is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to manage the day-to-day marketing function and support the execution of the company’s global marketing and growth strategy.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating the CMO’s strategic direction into measurable marketing initiatives across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions.
The role combines team management, performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion and retention, campaign management, market intelligence and commercial performance analysis.
The Marketing Manager will oversee and coordinate marketing specialists across multiple functions while working closely with Sales, Product, Development, Institutional Business and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the marketing department.
Translate the CMO’s overall marketing strategy into clear execution plans, campaigns, targets and deliverables.
Manage and coordinate marketing specialists across performance marketing, paid media, CRM, email marketing, SEO, content, social media, affiliates, partnerships and brand.
Develop and execute marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Establish departmental KPIs and monitor individual, campaign and channel performance.
Manage campaigns across multiple countries, customer segments, products and acquisition channels.
Analyse CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, FTDs, retention, LTV and marketing ROI.
Manage marketing budgets and optimise allocation across channels, campaigns and geographic markets.
Identify underperforming campaigns and channels and implement corrective and optimisation strategies.
Support international expansion and go-to-market strategies for new regions, products and customer segments.
Identify high-potential markets, acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Analyse competitor positioning, promotions, products, acquisition strategies and marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and regulatory developments affecting marketing activities.
Develop and test new acquisition strategies, campaigns, partnerships and growth initiatives.
Work closely with Sales and Retention teams to improve the full customer funnel from lead generation through FTD, conversion, retention and LTV.
Coordinate with Product and Development teams on landing pages, funnels, tracking, CRM integrations and other marketing infrastructure.
Work closely with Compliance to ensure campaigns and marketing communications meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports, forecasts and recommendations for the CMO and senior management.
Manage, develop and motivate the marketing team, ensuring accountability, effective collaboration and consistent delivery against targets.
Requirements
Preferably 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, performance marketing or customer acquisition, ideally within FX / CFD brokerage, online trading, fintech or financial services.
Previous experience managing a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
Strong understanding of the FX / CFD and online brokerage industry.
Proven experience across acquisition, conversion, retention, CAC, FTD, LTV and marketing ROI.
Proven experience in Tier 1 Countries.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, paid acquisition, CRM, affiliates, SEO, content and digital marketing channels.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and performance targets.
Experience operating across multiple countries and regulatory jurisdictions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing and customer data into actionable decisions.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
Strong leadership, people-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international and highly regulated environment.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
