Project Coordinator / Civil Engineer – Construction
Location: Cyprus
Salary: €4,000 NET per month
Employment: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Civil Engineer to support and oversee construction projects from planning through execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, site teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, technical specifications, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor construction activities and site progress.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site records, and related documentation.
- Support the allocation and coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and operational challenges and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor project requirements and support delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and construction requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field – mandatory.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination, civil engineering, or site supervision in Cyprus.
- Registered Member of ETEK – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, technical drawings, methods, and local regulations.
- Experience with project management and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a project team.
Salary: €4,000 NET per month.
