Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Player Relationship Officer to join an established international iGaming company in Cyprus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with players, delivering high-quality support, and contributing to player satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing players.
Respond professionally to player enquiries regarding accounts, gaming activities, and services.
Support player engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
Handle player complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of player interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Payments, and Risk departments.
Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and applicable regulatory procedures.
Requirements
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, player support, retention, or account management.
Previous experience within the iGaming industry is considered an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with CRM systems and manage multiple enquiries efficiently.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Already in Cyprus and no visa sponsorship requirements.
