We’re hiring: Senior PPC Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Employment: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
For a well-established international financial services company, we are looking for an experienced Senior PPC Manager to lead paid acquisition across multiple international markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical PPC expertise, commercial thinking and team management experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and optimise paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads and other relevant channels
• Manage significant international budgets, forecasting and performance across multiple markets
• Focus campaign optimisation on funded accounts, client value and overall commercial performance
• Lead, coach and develop a team of PPC specialists
• Manage mobile app acquisition and optimise beyond registrations and installs
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution, including value-based bidding, offline conversion imports and enhanced conversions
• Separate and analyse brand vs non-brand performance to ensure accurate incremental performance measurement
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, copy development, testing and workflow automation
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies while ensuring compliance with financial-services advertising requirements
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in PPC / paid acquisition
• Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns and monthly budgets of €400,000+
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong experience with mobile app acquisition
• Hands-on knowledge of value-based bidding, enhanced conversions and offline conversion tracking
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Practical experience using AI tools in performance marketing
• Experience with Google financial-services advertising certification and advertiser verification
• Fluent English
Experience within FX/CFD, financial services, gaming or betting is a MUST.
