About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established international iGaming technology and platform solutions provider, HUNT ROLES is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to join a growing team.
Our client specialises in providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators, supporting international partners with advanced gaming technology, operational services, CRM solutions, payment processing, compliance, and player management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, driving account growth, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B clients, building strong, long-term business relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, and executive decision-makers.
Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and account planning sessions.
Collaborate with clients on joint marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, negotiations, and execution.
Analyse client performance, traffic trends, and marketing results to identify growth opportunities.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value and product adoption.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Product, Operations, CRM, and Technical teams, to address client requirements.
Support the onboarding and integration of new business partners in cooperation with the Sales team.
Proactively resolve client concerns and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to departmental KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, B2B Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing position.
Previous experience within the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or gaming technology industry will be considered an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Confident communicating with stakeholders at all organisational levels, including senior management.
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical abilities and a commercially focused mindset.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
High attention to detail and commitment to professional service standards.
University or college education will be considered an advantage.
EU citizenship and eligibility to work in Cyprus without visa sponsorship or a work permit.
