PPC / Media Buyer

About the Role
On behalf of our client, a real estate developer, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on PPC / Media Buyer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Taboola, and other relevant platforms.
The role focuses on creating effective advertising campaigns, optimising media spend, and generating qualified leads from international property buyers, investors, and businesses relocating to Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
Develop advertising strategies and create compelling, conversion-focused creatives.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements.
Improve cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rates, and cost per qualified lead.
Scale successful campaigns and reduce inefficient spending.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and targeting.
Report on advertising spend, lead volumes, acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in PPC campaign management and media buying.
Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Ability to develop effective advertising creatives and clear calls to action.
Demonstrated success managing budgets and generating qualified leads.
Strong analytical skills and excellent English.
Experience with Taboola or emerging advertising platforms is advantageous.
Experience advertising Cyprus real estate, particularly new developments, is strongly preferred.
Experience targeting international property buyers and investors is an advantage.
