PSP Manager – Payment Services

On behalf of our client, a well-established Payment Services Provider (PSP), we are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join its operations in Cordoba, Argentina.
This is a key management role requiring a strong understanding of payment services, PSP operations, and financial transaction processes within the FinTech industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting payment operations, maintaining strong relationships with payment service providers and business partners, and ensuring efficient operational processes.
The position requires excellent organisational, management and communication skills, alongside the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key responsibilities: will include supporting day-to-day PSP operations, coordinating payment-related activities, managing provider relationships, identifying operational challenges and implementing improvements where necessary.
Candidates should have proven professional experience within Payment Services, PSP operations, FinTech or other relevant financial services environments.
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory + Hebrew a greate advantage as the position requires communication with international partners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will combine strong payment industry knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage operational responsibilities effectively.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Cordoba, Argentina.
