Ready to move from Forex into Real Estate?
For a well-established real estate company in Limassol, we are looking for experienced sales professionals to join an in-house sales team.
This opportunity is especially suitable for candidates coming from FX Retention, Conversion or other high-performance call center environments who want to transfer their sales and closing skills into the Cyprus real estate market.
No cold calling.
You will work with hot leads — clients who have already shown interest in purchasing or investing in property in Cyprus.
Your role will be to understand their needs, present suitable property opportunities, follow up consistently and help move each client toward a successful deal.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong phone sales and closing experience
• FX Retention or Conversion experience is highly preferred
• Confident, persuasive and commercially minded
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs
• Fluent English, German, Dutch or a Nordic language
• Already based in Cyprus
• EU passport or valid work authorization for Cyprus
What’s offered:
Limassol, Cyprus
Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00
Full-time | Office-based
€2,000 gross basic salary
Commission on every successfully closed deal generated through your activity
