Property Operations & Management Coordinator – Limassol
A real estate and property management company in Limassol is looking for a responsible, highly organized and proactive Property Operations & Management Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously, maintain strong attention to detail, and ensure that matters are properly followed through from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day administrative and operational management of properties and clients
* Ongoing communication with tenants, property owners, suppliers and contractors
* Monitoring payments, collections, invoices and expenses
* Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
* Liaising with accountants, banks, insurance companies and authorities
* Preparing reports, documents and payment requests
* Monitoring rental agreements and coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs
* Assisting with property rentals, advertising listings and following up on leads
* Managing and tracking outstanding tasks through to completion
Requirements
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong sense of responsibility and exceptional follow-up abilities
* Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good command of Excel and general computer systems
* Fluent English – mandatory
* Fluent Hebrew – a significant advantage
* Previous experience in operations, property management, administration or finance – an advantage
