Italian Customer Support Representative
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: Up to €2,500 gross per month, depending on experience
For our client, a well-established and CySEC-regulated investment firm based in Limassol, we are seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their growing team.
The role is suitable for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills who can provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer support to Italian-speaking clients
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Assist clients with account-related questions, platform navigation, and general service enquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate more complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Payments, and other internal departments
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements at all times
Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian speaker
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience within Forex, CFD, financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment is considered a strong advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, service-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced international environment
• Candidates must already be based in Cyprus and eligible to work in Cyprus
